Stage Viewing Area – Important Information

To ensure everyone can enjoy the live performances safely, please make sure to read the following guidelines.
We kindly ask that you follow all instructions given by staff while in the stage viewing area.
If instructions are not followed, we may have to pause the show or ask you to leave.

【Access and Entry to the Viewing Area】

• Stage viewing is free and open to everyone!
• Entry to the stage viewing area is on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance registration is required or possible.
• The stage viewing area will be cleared between the first and second performances each day.
• For both the first and second performances, lineup will begin 30 minutes before the stage starts. Please refrain from waiting near the stage viewing area entrance more than 30 minutes in advance.
• Please refrain from cutting in line or joining the lineup if you arrive after others.
• If the stage viewing area becomes crowded, entry may be temporarily restricted.
• If you exit the stage viewing area, you will need to rejoin the line at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you require wheelchair access to the stage viewing area, please speak to the stage staff near the entrance, and they will direct you to the designated area. (Advance reservation required.) Please note that spaces are limited, and we may not be able to accommodate everyone depending on crowd sizes. You may bring one companion per wheelchair.

【Viewing Etiquette and Prohibited Items】

• Please avoid waiting at the venue the day before or early in the morning, as we’ll be busy with preparing the event.
• Please do not reserve spots by leaving your belongings. Any items left unattended will be removed by staff.
• Strollers are not allowed in the stage viewing area. We kindly ask that you refrain from entering the stage viewing area with children who are unable to walk on their own.
• When attending with children, please refrain from holding them in your arms or giving them piggyback rides, as this may obstruct the view of customers behind you.
• Please refrain from bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, or similar items into the stage viewing area.
• Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed in the stage viewing area, except for service animals such as guide dogs and assistance dogs.
• Umbrellas are not allowed in the stage viewing area. Please use raincoats or other rain gear in case of rain.
• For everyone’s safety, please avoid dangerous activities like moshing, crowd surfing, or forming circles in the stage viewing area.
• Do not throw objects, push your way to the front, or squeeze through the tight crowds. Please avoid these potentially dangerous behaviors for everyone’s safety.
• Please refrain from holding items such as fans, message boards, flags, banners, glow sticks, or light sticks above chest height, as it may obstruct the view of those behind you.
• Modified penlights or glow sticks, such as excessively bright penlights or overly long glow sticks, are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to wait for performers before or after the show, or to engage in stalking or chasing.
• We will not be accepting gifts for performers, gift boxes, or flowers arrangements.
• If you notice any suspicious items or behavior, please inform a nearby staff member.

【Others】

• Japanese Sign Language interpreters will be available during the performance. If you require JSL interpretation, please proceed to the viewing area on the left side of the stage (when facing the stage from the audience), where you should have a clearer line of sight to the interpreters.
• Outside of hydration, eating food and drinking alcohol are not allowed in the stage viewing area. For hydration, only capped non-alcoholic beverages, such as bottled water, are permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue. Please use the designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.
• You are fully responsible for the safety of your valuables while at the venue. In the event of theft, neither the organizers, Yoyogi Park, nor the office will accept any liability.
• Should you sustain an injury or feel unwell during the event, please immediately inform the staff around the stage viewing area.
• Temperatures may rise significantly during the day, so please be sure to stay hydrated and take precautions against heatstroke.
• Please dispose of any trash at the nearest Eco Station or take it home with you when you leave. Do not leave it behind.
