給与の端数からダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンな社会づくりに貢献

端数倶楽部とは

私たち「端数倶楽部」は1991年に当時の富士ゼロックス（現：富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション）の社員の発案で始まった組織です。会員は社内従業員、およびOB/OGで構成され、社員は給与の100円未満の金額と一口（100円）以上の任意の金額を端数倶楽部に寄付します。

2025年2月時点の会員は3030人。毎年、社会福祉、自然保護、被災地支援と幅広い分野で60の外部団体に寄付を行うのみならず、会員が自らボランティアイベントを企画・実行し、社会課題の解決につながる活動を行っています。こうした自主的な運営を通して会員が会社の業務の枠を超えた経験とつながりを得ることで、複眼的な視点を持つ人材の育成に貢献しています。

ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンの取り組み

端数倶楽部は、誰もが生きやすい社会になるよう行動する人を応援しています。これまでに社内勉強会などでLGBTQを身近に感じてもらえる企画を行ってきました。一人でも多くの会員に関心を持ってもらえるよう、SDGsやD&Iの視点に結びつけるなど工夫も重ねています。

昨年のTokyo Rainbow Prideでは「笑顔を増やす」をテーマに「instax Biz™」でのチェキ撮影と、複合機で特色印刷した台紙で多くの来場者の方々をお迎えいたしました。今年も皆さんが笑顔でいられるアイデアを集め、これからの活動促進につなげていきます。

We are HasuClub, an organization founded in 1991 through the initiative of employees of Fuji Xerox (now Fujifilm Business Innovation). Our members consist of current as well as former employees, who round up their paycheck to the nearest ¥100, with discretionary contributions above that level.

As of February 2025, we had 3,030 members. Every year, we donate to 60 external organizations including social welfare, environmental conservation, and disaster relief. Our members also organize and participate in volunteer events, making meaningful contributions to important issues in society. Through these self-directed initiatives, our members gain valuable experience and build connections that extend beyond their professional roles. They grow as individuals and enrich themselves through new and diverse perspectives.

We support individuals who take action to create for everyone. In the past, we have organized initiatives such as in-house seminars to promote greater awareness and understanding of LGBTQ issues. To increase engagement among our members, we’ve also made efforts to align these activities with perspectives related to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and D&I (Diversity and Inclusion).

At last year’s Tokyo Rainbow Pride, we welcomed many attendees under the theme of “Bring more smiles.” Our booth featured instant photo sessions using “instax Biz™” cameras and specialty-colored photo frame created with MFD. This year, we aim to continue gathering ideas that bring smiles to everyone and use them to further enhance our activities going forward.
