Since its establishment in 1975, Eli Lilly Japan has been headquartered in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, for 50 years, fostering strong connections with patients, their families, healthcare professionals, and the local community while continuing to grow. With the PURPOSE of ” Lilly unites caring with discovery to create medicines that make life better for people around the world,” Eli Lilly Japan has become the largest subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company (excluding the U.S. headquarters). 2020年に発足したLGBT+Ally Japanは “LGBT+の社員が、ありのままの自分を表現でき、プロフェッショナルとしての力を最大限に発揮できる企業文化構築をサポートすることで、日本イーライリリーが多様性に満ちた会社としてより成長することを目指す” というミッションを掲げ、様々な活動を展開してきています。

LGBT+ Ally Japan, launched in 2020, has been actively promoting various initiatives under its mission: “Supporting the creation of a corporate culture where LGBT+ employees can express their authentic selves and maximize their professional potential, enabling Eli Lilly Japan to grow as an organization rich in diversity.” Through this mission, the group continues to contribute to fostering inclusivity and empowerment across the company.
