アライが情報交換や交流ができる場として、2023年3月に「S-Allyサークル」（積水ハウスアライサークル）を開始しました。誰もがいきいきと活躍できる職場づくりに向けて、アライの存在と意思を可視化しています。変わるまで、あきらめず、このような活動を継続していきます。

In March 2023, we established the Sekisui House Ally Circle (S-Ally Circle), an internal community for information exchange and networking. We are visualizing the presence and intentions of allies to create a workplace where everyone can thrive actively. Until change occurs, we will persist and continue these activities without giving up.

「Trip Base 道の駅プロジェクト」

積水ハウス株式会社とマリオット・インターナショナルは共に、地方創生事業「Trip Base（トリップベース）道の駅プロジェクト」に取り組んでいます。このプロジェクトでは、日本各地にある道の駅に近接したホテル「フェアフィールド･バイ･マリオット」を2020年10月の開業を皮切りに、これまで14道府県29か所で展開してきました。
「未知なるニッポンをクエストしよう」をコンセプトに、地域の知られざる魅力を渡り歩く新しい旅のスタイルを提案。これまでガイドブックにも載っていない風景や地元の人しか知らない特産物や地元料理、その土地に行かなければ体験できないアクティビティなど、新しい日本を発見していただくことを目的としています。
拠点となるフェアフィールド･バイ･マリオットは、シンプルにゆったりくつろぐことのできる宿泊特化型ホテル。21～25平方メートルの広さの客室には、快適なベッド、無料Wi-Fi、省スペースのシャワーブースを備えています。共用スペースには、コーヒーやお茶等を自由にお召し上がりいただけるフリーカフェ、電子レンジ、トースターや製氷機を備えており、道の駅や近隣のお店で購入した食材を楽しむことができます。また、電源やUSBを備えたデスクも設置されているので、ワーケーションにもご利用可能です。

Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project is part of the Trip Base Michi-no-Eki Project, a regional revitalization initiative by Sekisui House, Ltd. and Marriott International, Inc. We oparate Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Hotels which are located in 29 locations in 14 prefectures, in close proximity to roadside stations from Hokkaido to Kyushu in Japan. Under the concept of “Discover hidden gems across Japan,”we propose a new form of traveling experience that allows visitors to freely travel around Japan while experiencing the charms of the region.

Our hotels specialize in providing overnight accommodations and have no restaurants. Spacious rooms ranging in size from 21 to 25 square meters are equipped with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, and space-saving shower booths. At the common area, there are free café, a microwave, toaster and ice machine to enjoy food purchased at the Michi-no-Eki or nearby stores. You can also use a desk with power supply and USB for workcation.
