キャップジェミニのLGBT+ フレンドリーな企業文化について

「OutFront」は、LGBTQ+の従業員ネットワーキンググループ（ENG）です。日本をはじめ世界中で展開しています。社員主導の「OUTfrontコミュニティ」のネットワークを通じて関連情報を提供し、職場におけるLGBTQ+コミュニティが抱える問題への認知を促し、理解と尊重を促進し、LGBTQ+の同僚やその家族、サポートをしてくださる方々（アライ）との啓発活動を社内外に向けて継続的に行っています。

【2025年の活動報告】

• 東京プライド・パレードへの3年連続参加
• キャップジェミニの従業員がLGBTQ+に関する疑問を自由にそして率直に尋ねたり、周囲の人が「アライ」としてLGBTQ+のメンバーを職場でどのようにサポートできるかについて、自由に意見交換できる「Safe Space」セッションを複数開催
• プライド月間（6月）に関連テーマを社内で発信
• 職場における「カミングアウト」および「アウティング (本人の同意なく性的指向や性自認を公開すること）」をテーマとしたセッションを実施

2026年も、社内向けの啓発活動やニュースレターの配信、そして社外活動として東京レインボープライドへの参加などを通じて、よりインクルーシブな職場環境づくりに引き続き取り組んでまいります。

Okay, how about a LGBTQ+ friendly culture?

“Outfront” is 1 out of many Employee Network Groups (ENGs) within Capgemini. The OUTfront community network promotes a forum for relevant information, raises awareness of issues facing the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Other Identities, and allies) community in the workplace. We promote understanding and respect, and coordinate activities together with LGBTQ+ colleagues, their families, and allies to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all.

[Highlights of Activities in 2025]

• Marking our third consecutive year in participating in the Tokyo Pride & Parade.
• Held multiple “Safe Space” sessions where Capgemini employees could openly ask questions, share perspectives on LGBTQ+ topics, and learn how to actively support LGBTQ+ colleagues as allies.
• Featured LGBTQ+ topics during Pride Month (June) through internal awareness initiatives.
• Conducted sessions addressing “Coming Out” and “Outing” (disclosing the sexual orientation or gender identity of an LGBTQ+ person without their consent) in the workplace.

In 2026, we will continue to advance our efforts through internal awareness campaigns, newsletters, and external activities such as participating in Tokyo Rainbow Pride, further strengthening an inclusive workplace culture.
