こうしたカルチャーを支えているのが、従業員のコミュニティを束ねる社内組織「Thrive Committees」で、11の従業員リソースコミュニティ（ERC）に加え、Chief Fun OfficersやBox.orgのリーダーが連携し、世界中の社員のつながりと帰属意識を育んでいます。
Japan Prideチームもその一員として、グローバルチームと連携しながら、性的指向や性別にかかわらず、誰もが自分らしく働ける職場を目指して、日本の社員に向けたさまざまな取り組みを進めています。

Inclusion and Community at Box

At Box, we remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can grow and feel a true sense of belonging. Inclusion and belonging are at the core of our culture, empowering every Box employee to bring their full self to work.

This culture is strengthened through our highly active Thrive Committees. Made up of 11 Employee Resource Communities (ERCs), along with Chief Fun Officers and Box.org leaders, these committees help cultivate belonging and community for Box employees around the world.

As one of these ERCs, the Pride team leads a variety of initiatives for employees in Japan. Through these efforts, we aim to create a workplace where everyone can work authentically, regardless of sexual orientation or gender.
