■資生堂のLGBTQ＋の取り組み/LGBTQ+ Initiatives
資生堂は社内外のLGBTQ+コミュニティとアライに寄り添う企業として、LGBTQ＋コミュニティへの支援に最大限に取り組み、誰もが自分らしく生きられる社会の実現を目指しています

Shiseido aims to support LGBTQ+ communities and allies both internally and externally as it strives to realize a society where everyone can live authentically.

＜社員への取り組み/Internal Initiatives＞

• 日本国内では、2017年から特別休暇、介護制度、育児制度などの福利厚生等の利用にあたり、社員の同性パートナーも異性の配偶者と同様に取り扱うことを就業規則で制定
• 当事者社員の体験談や外部有識者を招いたトークセッションなど、当事者を取り巻く現状について社員一人ひとりが考える機会となる社員イベントや、ブランド活動へDE&I 視点の導入を目的をしたディスカッションを実施
• プライド月間にあわせた「Diversity Week for LGBTQ+」を実施し、LGBTQ+に関する正しい知識の習得、職場におけるアライ（理解者であり、支援者を示す）コミュニティを醸成

• The company revised its work regulations in 2017 for Japan to include same-sex partners as spouses for the use of benefits such as special leave, caregiving, and childcare systems.
• We hold internal events and talk sessions that provide opportunities for employees to reflect on the current situation surrounding the LGBTQ+ community by sharing their personal experiences and inviting external experts. In addition, we conducted discussions aimed at incorporating DE&I perspectives into our brand activities.
• In alignment with Pride Month, we implemented “Diversity Week for LGBTQ+” to promote a correct understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and to nurture an ally community in the workplace.

＜社会への取り組み/External Initiatives＞

• トランスジェンダー女性・ノンバイナリーの方に向けた「自分らしさを彩るメイクアップガイド」を公開。当ガイドをもとにしたメイクアップ講座を開催
  We released “Expressing Your True Colors: A Makeup Guide for Transgender Women and Non-Binary Individuals. Based on this information, we organized makeup workshops.
• 2020年に婚姻の平等（同性婚の法制化）キャンペーン「Business for Marriage Equality」に賛同/
  In 2020, we endorsed Business for Marriage Equality, a campaign that promotes equal marriage (legalization of same-sex marriage).
  
• 2025年には企業のLGBTQ+支援を評価する社団法人work with PRIDEにて最高の「ゴールド認定」受賞、さらに、「レインボー認定」も獲得（共に2年連続）/
  In 2025, we obtained Gold, the highest rating in the Pride Index, as well as Rainbow Certification from the Work with Pride Association, which evaluates corporate initiatives to support the LGBTQ+ community, for the second consecutive year.
  
• 東京、大阪など国内各地、海外のレインボープライドにも参加 /
  We participate in Pride events across Japan, including Tokyo and Osaka, as well as internationally.
