LGBTQ+ 理解促進への取り組み

ファンケルグループは、性的指向や性自認に関わらず、誰もが自分らしくイキイキと働ける社会の実現をめざしています。LGBTQ+をはじめとする性的マイノリティへの理解促進を目的に、定期的に研修やアンケートを実施しています。

● 従業員による“LGBTQ+アライ”を​2022年4月に設立。

2022年4月にLGBTQ+アライを立ち上げ、働きやすい職場づくりに向けた様々な取り組みを実施しています。アライ推進メンバーを中心に、「Tokyo Pride」へ3年連続で出展するなど、多くのアライの従業員とともに活動を広げています。

• 事実婚・同性婚を同等に扱う「パートナーシップ規程」を制定。

​2022年4月、従業員の事実婚・同性婚について、原則として法律婚と同等に扱う「パートナーシップ規程」を制定しました。会社が認めたパートナーを配偶者とみなし、家族の看護休業や育児休業、慶弔見舞金、赴任手当など、様々な福利厚生制度を利用できるようになりました。

• 映画上映会とトークショーを開催。

  2025年6月には、LGBTQ+をテーマとした映画上映会と、映画監督の黒川鮎美氏、主演を務めた合田貴将氏によるトークショーを社内で実施しました。　参加した従業員からは「理解が深まった」との声が多く寄せられ、意識向上につながる機会となりました。

● PRIDE指標を4年連続で受賞。
LGBTQ+が働きやすい職場づくりを評価する指標「PRIDE指標」（work with Pride 策定）において、2025年11月、「ゴールド」を4年連続で受賞しました。ファンケルグループは、これからも一人ひとりの違いを尊重し、誰もが自分らしく働ける環境づくりを推進してていきます。

Our Approach to Promoting LGBTQ+ Understanding

The FANCL Group aims to create a society where everyone can work authentically and with confidence, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
To promote understanding of LGBTQ+ people and other sexual minorities, we regularly conduct employee training programs and surveys.

• Establishment of an employee-led “LGBTQ+ Ally” group (April 2022)
  In April 2022, we launched an LGBTQ+ Ally group to promote a more inclusive and comfortable workplace. Led by Ally promotion members, the group has expanded its activities together with many Ally employees, including exhibiting at Tokyo Pride for three consecutive years.

• Introduction of a Partnership Policy recognizing common-law and same-sex partners
  In April 2022, we introduced a Partnership Policy that treats employees’ common-law and same-sex partners as equivalent to legal spouses, in principle.
  Partners officially recognized by the company are considered spouses, allowing employees to access various benefits such as family caregiving leave, childcare leave, congratulatory and condolence benefits, and relocation allowances.
• Film screenings and talk events
  In June 2025, we held an internal film screening on LGBTQ+ themes, followed by a talk session featuring film director Ayumi Kurokawa and lead actor Takayuki Goda.
  Many participating employees commented that the event helped deepen their understanding, making it a valuable opportunity to raise awareness.

• PRIDE Index: Gold Award for four consecutive years
  In November 2025, the FANCL Group received the Gold Award for the fourth consecutive year in the PRIDE Index, an evaluation framework developed by work with Pride to recognize LGBTQ+-friendly workplaces.

The FANCL Group will continue to respect individual differences and promote an environment where everyone can work as their true selves.
